Hendrid is a graduate of Tadulako University with a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries. He specializes in aquaculture techniques and has experience working as a grouper pond technician at the Balai Benih Ikan in Banggai Laut Regency. Hendrid is a local from the Bajau ethnic group, residing in Popisi Village, Banggai Laut. Currently, he supports LINI by assisting coastal communities in Sonit and Popisi Villages as a Field Officer. His role focuses on providing guidance and assistance to coastal fishers and communities, particularly those involved in octopus and marine aquarium fisheries.
